UI walkthrough (illustrative)

1. Officer issues bind
Share card / QR with short-lived token. Member must confirm fingerprint.
2. Member binds device
Keys stay on the phone. Recovery secret is shown once.
3. Decision lifecycle
Draft → open (roll commit) → close → tally. Emergency open is logged.
4. Cast receipt
Inclusion first — not “you voted X”. Public verify links for independent check.
5. Public verify
Observers check inclusion and log chain without an officer login.
6. Close & tally
Talliers open sealed ballots after close; API never held full private key alone in production default.
